This prestigious recognition highlights their commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Sunayna Iqbal, Dr. Vipin Vijayan Nair, and Ms. Shahina Hashim, who were the first batch of faculty to receive this fellowship in August 2024, as well as Dr. Terry Jacob Mathew and Dr. Muhammad Ashad, who received theirs in January 2025.

We are thrilled to announce that our team has won the Most Inspirational Project Award at the NASA International Space Apps Challenge 2024!

Competing against 93,000 participants, 10,000 projects, and 15,000 teams from 163 countries, we’ve made history as the first team from the UAE to earn this prestigious recognition!

Our award-winning project, Eco-Metropolis: Sustainable City Simulation, is an innovative educational city-building game. It aims to empower youth by teaching them about sustainability and the impacts of climate change, fully aligned with SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).

This milestone is a testament to our commitment to innovation, education, and creating a sustainable future.
