Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning are general purpose technologies already starting to transform the global economy. These new technologies create the need for skilled engineers to understand their applications and intricacies.
Course overview
The course is tailored to MSc students interested in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning methods, theory and application domains. It delivers intensive training in fundamentals of artificial intelligence through a range of specialist modules.
This course will provide students with competencies in AI, Machine Learning, learning the technical skills required for this rapidly growing area of computing science, the students will have the chance to explore realistic applications through group and individual projects.
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be awarded a degree in MSc Artificial Intelligence with 180 UK credits.

An honours degree (2:2 or above) from a UK university or equivalent in computing or other STEM-based disciplines, with a significant level of computing and programming. We will also consider equivalent professional qualifications or a relevant HND provided they can demonstrate relevant work experience.
English language requirement: 5.5 score for IELTS. Other equivalent English language examinations like English subject score of 60% in Bachelors/grade 12th will be considered.
Graduates of the course can expect to achieve well-paid positions in the AI industry such as data scientist, machine learning engineer, software engineer, and product manager.
