Work experience:

Has got five plus years teaching experience in Graduation and Post-Graduation level. Previously worked as an assistant professor in the PG Department of Commerce, Jamia Hamdard University New Delhi, India, and Department of Management Science at Government Engineering College Thalassery, India.

A long-time proven academician having double post-graduation in Commerce and Management and having doctoral degree in Talent Management. The major areas of research interest are Human Resource Management and Employee Competency.

Professional achievements:

Awarded with Michigan/Texas USA Scholarship and ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) Full-Term Centrally- Administered Doctoral Fellowship by Ministry of Human Resource Development India.

Has attended various national and international seminar and conferences and also reviewer of international journals. Invited resource person for several motivational interactive sessions and judge for national and state level inter-collegiate management Competitions.
